Room 15 kids will be starting a new and lengthy study of fractions this week. The image at left represents some basic fractions, but we’ll be examining much more complicated concepts such as greatest common factor, least common factor, adding and subtracting fractions with unlike denominators, and more. No worries, though. We’ll be taking our time and doing lots of practice. If you’d like a little extra practice, there are some nice tutorials and fraction games here. Here’s the homework for this week: Tuesday, March 29th; Wednesday, March 30th; Thursday, March 31st.
