Congratulations to our Room 15 Students-of-the-Month for November: Jonathan J., Rayden G., and Rose W. Kudos also to our Students-of-the-Month for December: Josiah B., Yuri G., and Sophie Q. These awards are based on excellent grades, behavior, and attendance. They received their certificates before heading home for Christmas Break but will be mentioned in our awards assembly next month.  Also congrats to Emma Z. for winning the Platy Award for Best Lead Actress in a Fable for her role in Anton & Grace Hopper. Special thanks to all the parents and grandparents who served as chaperones on the ScienceWorks field trip: Mr. Baker, Mr, Liles, Mr. & Mrs. Wood, Mrs. Ceremony, Mr. Qualls, and Mrs. Quackenbush. Thanks also to all the families who sent in snacks for our class party. We had more than enough and given the amount of sugar the kids scarfed down today, they should probably be restricted from all sweets until after the new year! Finally, thank you to the families of Emma, Brayden, Alyssa, Mya, and JB for treating me to a Christmas gift–totally unnecessary but appreciated none-the-less!
