We’re as busy as ever in Room 15. Wednesday is our Arbor Day field trip. We’ll be heading over to Don Jones Park to plant trees with City of Central Point crews. Note: the bus leaves at 9 a.m., not at eight as stated on the permission slip.

We’d like to have all OMSI permission slips, medical release forms, and payments in by Friday of this week. Thanks.

In math class we’re continuing our study of fractions. Here is the homework for this week: Tuesday, April 19; Wednesday, April 20; Thursday, April 21.

DARE Graduation is scheduled for 1:15 on Friday, May 6th in the Music Room. Parents & Grandparents are welcome to attend. DARE Day at the Family Fun Center is scheduled for May 20th. More on that to come. DARE essays will be posted on student websites next week.

Next week is Wild West Week in Room 15. Students are encouraged to dress in their favorite western garb as we take a quick look at how the Wild West fits into American History.
