Here’s the math homework for this week: Wednesday, Sept 5; Thursday, Sept 6. The kids should also be reading from a book of choice for at least 20 minutes each night and getting a parent signature on the Assignment Calendar. The Assignment Calendar, incidentally, only shows homework activities, not classroom work as in the past.  We’ll be starting reading groups (Book Clubs) next week, and we’ve had some discussion about using cell phones, DS devices, and other electronics to post Super Sentences on Twitter…more info to follow.
